San Francisco, Oct 22, 2012 – INscribe Digital has announced new distribution deals with a number of international publishers. The new distribution deals include pacts with Chinese publisher Hangzhou Jiwen Digital Technology Co. Ltd. (www.ijiwen.com), which potentially includes as many as 10,000 titles, Swedish publisher Volante, Australia’s Snowball Press PTY Limited and the U.S.-based Silvermine International Books, LLC, an aggregator that distributes books in North America for foreign publishing houses.
“The international publishing community has emerged as a rapidly expanding area of business for us this year,” commented INscribe’s Anne Kubek. “We look forward to leveraging opportunities for our publishing partners globally as we work to make these books available to readers all over the world.
One of INscribe’s first international publishing partners, Sweden’s Stockholm Text Publishing AB, recently announced that they had sold more than 40,000 e-books in the U.S. and Canada alone in the first three months of their distribution deal with the company.
