More exciting INscribe updates!

We are just chock-full of news at INscribe Digital these past few weeks! We have one more introduction to make, in addition to a big role shift. After over two years working as your dedicated client representative, John Orofino is changing rungs on the INscribe ladder, taking on the position of Manager, Business Development, reporting to SVP, Larry Norton. He is replaced by Guillian Helm as your new Manager, Client Services.

A San Francisco/Bay Area native and avid golfer, John Orofino began his career at Isolation Network on the music side with INscribe’s sister company, INgrooves. There he worked in a number of departments from Operations to Marketing to Legal and Business Affairs. John transitioned to the newly formed INscribe Digital group in 2011. With only three other team members, John had his hand in nearly every part of the business from signing new clients to managing conversion to acting as client representative. For the past two years, all have benefited from his dedication to INscribe and your business in his role as Manager, Client Services. We are very pleased that he will remain in the INscribe family, where his tireless work ethic, good nature, and business acumen have helped us all over his years here. He will now be focusing his knowledge on retailer expansion, new clients, and continuing improvements for your business—and ours!

While John has left some big shoes to fill, Guillian Helm brings a wealth of experience to the INscribe team as your new Manager, Client Services. A graduate of Harvard College and the Columbia Publishing Course, Guillian began her career at Simon & Schuster Children’s Division and has most recently been with Entangled Publishing. While at Entangled, Guillian worked in a number of different areas from Editorial to Marketing to Digital Production and Distribution Management. Her passion for teen fiction and romance has not abated, although she also enjoys the occasional narrative nonfiction and cozy mystery. You will be in good hands as she brings her experience being on the client side of the distributor-publisher relationship to INscribe. Guillian is thrilled to make the move from New York to San Francisco and she looks forward to meeting each of you in her new role—please reach out to say hello!
